Fantasy Winter Invitational Cancellation Dear Skaters, Coaches and Parents, Jeanne and I started to plan for the 2012 Fantasy Winter Invitational before we left for Fort Wayne and the National Championships. During the fall and winter of 2011 we watched recreational skating decline as food and other expenses increased. That brings us to today with the registration for the 2012 Fantasy Winter Invitational down more than 50%. We are, therefore, canceling the Winter Invitational. Jeanne and I are both deeply saddened by this situation, but it is beyond our control. All application and advertising funds will be returned as soon as practical. We would like to thank John Patton, Karen Patton and Steve Hinkle for their time and efforts in publishing the meet notice and processing the applications.
